Nestled within the banks

of the great philosopher Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa are preserved. Established
in 1988 Belur Math is renowned for its principles and secular thoughts where

Math which leads to the Ramakrishna Sarada Mandir is the most celebrated Mandir

Ramakrishna Paramhansa which is preserved within the doors of his room.
To enhance the philosophy
shared by Ramakrishna, Belur Math has charted art colleges, Industrial school
and charitable dispensary. Beside that the walls of the Math is free from any
discriminatory and parities.

Time to Visit
Although you can come here
to witness an inspirational walls of Belur Math but the best time to walk here
would be during the time of October and April when intensity of summer will not
look to bother the traveller.

railway station is Belur station and once you reach Belur one can look to hire
local cab to reach the site of Belur Math.
